Haiku Hands

Visual Identity for Music Group

The electro-rave-pop trio, Haiku Hands, is comprised of sisters Claire and Mie who reside in Sydney and Beatrice who lives in Melbourne. ‘Haiku’, they say, represents their lyrical interests, distilled ideas and imagery and ‘hands,’ the collaborative nature of their projects.

My aim for the Haiku Hands rebrand was to focus on the concoction of ideas and imagery the band explore in their music. I sought to capture the sense of energy and rebellion from the band’s live performances by creating mixed media work with a chaotic, electrifying aesthetic, while still maintaining their sense of unity.
